I always thought that Enhanced Steam is just a gimmickly bonus that's useless, but I was really mistaken - I really recommend it.
Oneclick shortcuts on each user profile for SG, AStats, Steamrep, not to mention the incredible info about each game from Isthereanydeal, Steamspy (owners, gametime, etc) and Steamstats (Average, current and top player count)

Yeah, I can't buy games without enhanced steam anymore, I need to check the other site prices, the lowest price, price in other steam stories. Also I can see how much I spend on steam, how much I earn on market. Really good.
Edit: And sell trading cards is really easier.
