Anyone has bugs with Far Cry 3?

Trying to play Far Cry 3 but man, that game is bugged as hell. I can't save, the Auto Save indicator keeps blinking throughout my 30 mins of the game and I can't seem to complete the first mission 'Harvest the Jungle' where I am required to Fast Travel but can't because it says it is currently unavailable. Anyone else has similar problems or know what to do?

In all of my playtime with FC3 I fell through the world once and I had a rather hilarious bug where I started a cutscene while sprinting and my character kept heavily panting through the entire cutscene. It was like Jason was having a panic attack.

Never had anything game breaking though. Did you do a hex edit mod? I know a lot of people do that to fix some things they don't like, maybe that caused it?

It's been a while since I played Far Cry 3, but I recall it being pretty buggy. Far Cry 4 as well. But, as the above suggested, nothing game breaking. Are you using a trainer?

Nope, installed freshly off Steam and went straight to playing, no tweaks whatsoever. Literally unplayable for me. :'(

You can try turning off autosaving in documents\my games\far cry 3\gamerprofile.xml

Then get past the bug, and save manually, then re-enable it.

Maybe it's just encountering a bug at that instance. Maybe that could work.
