What's estimated wins ?

It's the added up amount of your win chance of the giveaways you joined (copies of a giveaway devided by the users who participate)

It shows how many games should you win according to your entires.

I have 1.09 for 400entries, its good ?

it's math, it shows how much you statistically should have won. It does not increase or decrease your chance of winning

If you had average luck, this is how many games you might expect to have won by now, given the number of giveaways you've entered, and the probability of winning them.

1.17 from 711 entries, and I've won Zombie Shooter 2 giveaway which I've entered accidentally. Damn, I wish I didn't win it month ago but would grabbed some good game later

Actually, it's a mathematical statistic that fails to account for randomness (because you can't). I've won 3 and my estimated was at five point something last time I looked. I don't really look at it. My luck is generally bad when it comes to gaming (I hit all the glitches, LOL) so I don't let it get to me by focusing on it. Then again, I also don't actively try to boost my chances by doing puzzles or entering giveaway groups. 99.9% of my giveaways entered are public, so my win chances stay low. Still, I've given far more than I've won, so I'm hoping the karma will come back around. Either way, I am not unhappy.
