Have to admit I like more the content of the Majora's Mask one. I will pick the KH one since I'm a fan of the series.
Btw, if you are only interested in the plushia then get MM, since that plushie can be found in many sites (not that exact one but many stores sell similar ones)

PS3 Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix CE contents
3DS Majora's Mask Special Edition contents
Things of note:
1) I live in Australia. The KH2.5 Remix CE won't be coming here, so I'll need to import from the States. The Majora's Mask SE however, IS coming to Australia so no need to pay a large slice in shipping costs.
2) I don't own a PS3 (I will probably need to get one if I get the KH2.5 Remix CE), but I own a 3DS.
3) I've played the original KH1, CoM & KH2 in the KH series, but have yet to play Majora's Mask.
Granted...the main reason I want the KH CE is that Shadow plushie. I've never tried Majora's Mask before, so I don't know if I'll like it or not, wheras with KH, I've replayed the 2 numbered titles numerous times already.
