CSGO inventory limit still 1000?

Got a 1 day forum ban from CSGO forum for telling a low baller to piss off.

Does anyone know if it's still 1000? It used to be 1000 as the limit. After which you can no longer accept incoming items.

I can't help but wonder how getting banned on a forum and asking if CSGO inventory slot is still limited is related in any way. But, to answer your question, AFAIK it's still limited to 1000.

Yes it's 1000, but you technically can have more, if you list the items on community market, and then send them back to your inventory.

So if I have 500 cases listed on the market, does it mean I can accept and send another 500 cases in trade?

Yes, then you can accept 500 more. Also if you have more than 1000 units, you can still trade, but only in negative way, by sending the items to someone else.

I just listed 500 cases on the market for the kind of price no one would buy. Now I can accept more cases.
