ahh i see oppen,also can you tell how to do a giveaway? i know the gist of it but it my first time doing a giveaway

In the upper left corner there's a tab for giveaways. You can create one there. Do keep in mind that there are certain games that you're not allowed to give away. Those are games that have been given away for free in the past (in a giftable form). This is to prevent people from abusing the system. The rest is pretty self explanatory, but if there's anything you wonder about, feel free to ask.
In order to get contributor value for your giveaways, unless it's public you need at least 5 entries. Contributor value is based on the game's value (based on the US store). Games that have been on large enough discounts, or in bundles (well, most bundles, the one that have a large effective discount) will be added to the bundle list, and only give 15% of their contributor value. This list needs to be updated manually, so there's sometimes a delay between a game getting "bundled" and actually getting added to the list.

A few of the top pitfalls for new users:
- You can become eligible to enter more giveaways by giving away more games and increasing your "CV" (Contribution Value). But you only get 15% of the game's value for any games appearing on the bundle list. These are games that have received at least a 95% discount from its price in US dollars, taking into account regional pricing. Games can be added to this list retroactively. That is one of the several possible ways for your CV to go DOWN, possibly even taking you down a level. It happens to all of us.
- If you win a game, you must activate it on the account you registered with, then mark the game Received here, (but not before you've activated it). You cannot give it away on this site, trade it, etc.
- If you're trying to give away a game but you can't find it in the list, it was probably given away for free before so you can't create a giveaway for it. There's a thread where you can drop unwanted keys that can't be given away via the site.
- If you win a game, just wait for the key/link to appear on your Won games page. Do not contact the giveaway creator.
- Search the forums before asking what might be a common question.
- If you're interested in trading, see the sister site, SteamTrades.
- There's no such thing as Steamgifts Premium to help your chances of winning. It's an old joke that just causes confusion and problems for Support.

Right-- they might contact you, but don't go seeking them out. If they don't send you a key after 7 days, then you can contact them, and if they continue not to answer, then contact Support.

currently the system will not allow it, that is correct. there is (or at least was) plans to allow it in the future, but under the current system it is not allowed.

Correct. In theory Warhammer 40 000 eternal crusade "should" be giftable, but due to people abusing the system and giving away the free version.... So if you bought the bundle recently, you sadly can't give away that copy.

doesn't look like it to me. sorry. unsure on that one if it was free or why, but anything ever been free in mass (1000+ copies) on any random obscure site counts as "free" here.

yeah. like i said before though they will probably allow it in the future. it was announced in future plans a few months back. in the mean time you can hang on to it, or you can drop it in a thread somewhere if you just want to get rid of it.
