Steam Grid View Icons

Does anyone know if these are publicly accessible? I'm referring to the game icons you see when you switch Steam to grid view.

You can find smaller ones via the client links for example this one for L4D but as you can see that's smaller than the ones you see in grid mode.

TL;DL - Are there links to Steam for the larger Grid icons?

Unfortunately it isn't. I won't be doing this manually, it'll all be automated and therefore all needs to match up with Steam's (sort of) API hence why I need to know if they have these available with IDs/hashes that match the game using the existing system.
