Does anybody please know if Steam ever does those "coupon" like deals? I mean something like "if you pay over 25 euros, you get 5 euros discount". I remember that it used to be a thing, maybe last winter sale?

I'm thinking whether to buy now or wait for the winter sale and hope they do one of those "pay over X amount, get Y amount discount". Thanks in advance if anybody here remembers how frequently (if at all) these happen on Steam, I tried to google it but found nothing helpful.

Black Desert is .99 cents so, it may be worth it. Think it goes on sale for that price from time to time though, because I got it a couple months ago. Still haven't played it past character creation... The graphics do seem really lovely, and there are a lot of characters to choose from, lots of customization.. beyond that IDK yet.

As far as good deals.... IMO Chivalry, SCUM, 7 days to Die, Rayman Legends, Assassins Creed Black Flag, if you liked any old tomb raider, deus ex, half life, star wars, bioshock, or halo games check for those, same with other AC games if that's your thing. Also saw Biomutant and Horizon, I think I saw Cyberpunk but may have been on something else.. I'm holding off on those. Saw Red dead, Wolfenstein, Ark survival base game, Vallheim(heard it's fun with lots of mods), Mechwarrior Mercenaries 5 all on there as well but can't get everything this time and haven't tried those personally yet. Oh, Elder Scrolls Online is 6 USD and doesn't require a monthly sub, is free to play. I haven't played it much yet so can't say for sure but, 6$ and I'm just going to wait for next xpac release if it is fun, bc I think it's going to come out start of next year anyway. Elite Dangerous is on sale for around 8 USD. Uhh.. Ima say if you've been dying to get it, get it now for sure. If not... if it doesn't seem really up your alley you might want to wait until it's on sale next time, and really look into it. It's really difficult to say whether you'll enjoy it or hate it lol.
