No, but if you were looking for a way to drop/hide/etc. a gift the same way you would a key, you could always mail an alternate email address the gift and paste the link from the email wherever. Whoever grabs the link can claim it, as it's not tied to the email address iirc. At least I think that's what I did once.

Could trade a gift for a key of the same game on SteamTrades or wherever. I'm sure you can find takers since a tradable is considered more valuable.
