If you don't have any screenshotting software, hit the PrtScn key on your keyboard. Then open Paint and hit CTR+V. You can use Paint to crop it however you like. Save the file. VOILA!

Oh, I misunderstood what you said... you're asking how to take screenshots?

You can use paint for it. Press [Alt + Print] to make a screenshot from the current window and then insert it into paint.

Click "Print Scrn" (The key to the right of "F12") while on the text you want support to see > Open up Paint > Ctrl+V > Save as JPEG PNG > Profit??

PrtScn to print all the screen to the clipboard or Alt-PrtScn to print the active window to the clipboard. Then open Paint or any other image software, paste and save.

you can take screenshots/printscreens using the method above, or use the Gyazo/Lighshot to be more easy and fast do make and share the screenshots =p

press the print key on your keyboard. open up paint within your windows start menu.
press and hold CTRL and then press V on your keyboard.

in windows 7, 8 and 10 there is a tool called snipping that allow you to make screenshots and crop it.
Also you can use the print screen key and paste then the image in paint as other users said.
