Not sure if that's possible, but it would be nice.

It isnt possible AFAIK, the SG add-on cant do it due to the way Steam provides data and how SG presents it.

Yes it would be nice though.

It would be nice that you could not only filter the games you already own, but you could also choose what games you want to filter for yourself.

There's an add-on for browsers (chrome, firefox, opera, maybe internet explorer) and you can filter games you don't want.

That's the answer people gave before CG added the base filter to the site. Would still be nice if it could be explanded natively instead of having to rely on the add-on.

already sent a support ticket for that. it's been addressed and added to the suggestion list.

my reply was:

Hey AJValentine,

Will add this to the suggestion list. Would be quite handy, indeed.

Feel free to reopen this if you need to add further info.

(additionally, you should suggest this sort of thing in "support", a few mods get upset when you do this)

Didn't know it was already suggested. Never saw a thread about it here on the forum lands.

Well.. This way it gets more publicity, hence more people want it? D:

Why don't you just ignore them with the addon or request that feature from the addon creator.

Because I frequently clear my cookies and I have to filter the DLCs all over again.. So the addon would not help.

Then use Pastebin or a text file to keep a backup of your list.

Not really possible without SteamGifts creating and maintaining a database of DLCs and their base game.

That's why I said "Not sure if that's possible, but it would be nice." :/

As far as I know, Steamgifts has a base game requirement for each game. That wouldn't be the problem.

You must be some sort of genius.

The site has been around for over a year and you're the first person to suggest that!

Filtering out DLC for titles you don't have would be a good idea. Ultimately it would also been nice to have a wish list or link to your wish list and just see those games.
