You can usually activate your Witcher steam keys on GOG anyway [but not vice-versa].

I totally agree with you in that every single Tales game is great. Except Zestiria. I seriously recommend you never play the game EVER so that your eyes can die innocent

Zestria for gameplay, Witcher for presentation.
do you want something that stimulates you more with engaging combat/party-building/etc, or with cinematics/atmosphere/background lore?

Zestiria + DLCs are a little less expensive than Witcher III + DLCs... Both expensive anyway... Hard to chose if you like the anime stile of Zestiria. Because of the DLCs i would go for Zestiria, only one really interesting DLC, The Witcher III have 2 very expensive expansions.

I would never recommend buying Zestiria unless it was 10 dollars or less. Witcher 3 beats Zestiria even if its free.
