Given your budget, I'd highly recommend switching to an Intel i5-4670k or similar, depending on whether you're going to overclock.

I assume you have a reason for needing 16 GB of ram.

EVGA PSU...ehh I would go with a good quality Antec/Corsair/Seasonic instead. Also you won't have the hassle of dealing with a split 12V rail.

Otherwise looks fine.
