If you've tried several keys recently, especially duplicate ones, Steam locks you out of trying again for a period of time. Even if you enter a legit key then, it says invalid.

Is there any way that someone else might have seen your key?

some of the humble keys are region locked... like i could not actiave couple of games form indie galas

Just try it after the 100k people are not all entering at the same time, also support will resend a key if it doesnt work.
