Wondering what games you already own from this bundle? There's an extension/UserScript for that! It's called the RaChartβ„’ Enhancer!

This script enhances the charts by showing you which games you already own from the ones in it. If you own it, the row will be highlighted with a green color.

Thanks to luckz for the poll answers!

Pleasure, little Treasure?

I want the music and fun retro games, preordering as always.
Sign me up, preordering in the hope of pristine unbundled Steam games!
Post-launch buy, 'twas good enough for my tastes.
I'm mute, can't say yes or no to this quite yet.
Remute? More like rehash. :<
These might be unbundled but I don't like 'em either way.

Once again I'm very happy I didn't even consider buying it. ^^

Glad I didn't impulse-purchase all the old Interplay games that appeared on the Steam store recently... :) Some good games if you like old stuff, but it all felt very bundly... :) And here we are... :)

Hmm, if you have no nostalgia for that stuff, it probably looks like garbage, though... :(

Exactly. Very niche (which is sugarcoating it). Only Stonekeep seems like something that could have at least somewhat approached a more mainstream appeal (in the mid '90s at that). In my opinion $2 (now $3) is a bad investment when you consider what that will get you with Bundle Stars/Fanatical or even Indie Gala.

Yeah, I bought Stonekeep for someone a long time ago, and even with that nostalgia I'll probably never touch the Steam version... Some stuff just doesn't age well... :(

But here's hoping for a Build A Classic Interplay Games bundle, so I can scoop up all the ones I'm still missing... :)

Tried Sigi, it's a very small easy game at 20 levels you can finish in 1 1/2 hour. When you lose your hearts you even continue at a checkpoint rather then redoing a level or boss.

i played it yesterday. was just 45 minutes for me, but i didn't go for 100%. just rushed through the levels, more or less. ^^ but i liked it. good controls, solid platforming, not too easy, coherent art style - yeah, it's a good game. definitely worth 3 bucks. and they are working on a new one.

Could have been slightly less time for me too, didn't really keep up with the time. I went for all letters (which i only missed 3 times in 1 go) still missing a few achievements.

Personally i'd never pay 3 bucks for any game that can be finished within the hour though (i mean plenty of similar or cheaper priced that have alot longer gameplay value) like i am currently playing Downwell.
Then again it's way better then those achievement spam games.

i am fine with paying 3€ for an hour of fun. there may be other games that offer more play time, sure. but that's not my main criteria. in fact, i even prefer shorter games. i don't even get all the games i want done, so the shorter the better. ^^ you know, i am one of these guys who think 2-hour games like Abzu, Fidelio Incident or Edith Finch are absolutely worth their full price, because the quality is high enough and the experience unique enough (and i bought all those for full price).

Downwell and some others get the arcade-y simple, varied but challenging formula so well :) One of the greatest examples why it's a mistake to value a game's worth only on their price.

It also depends on personal taste but also situation, i don't have money so when i sell cards f.e and can buy something then i'd dont want to spend that dollar to be used within 1 hour, if you have some income you might not as much care about what you spend your money on.

It's kinda tricky when you sometimes can't see how much real effort went into a game or when someone used some game making software and a bunch of assets, but i mean i doubt this dev (never made a game, so don't know) have worked more then a month on a game that could be finished within one hour.

And while beautiful as this game might have been, for $12 i did downvote it for that reason of price itself (and i did opened up a discussion back then on how others would value a game and what they base it on).

No regrets. 4 out of 5. Have to admit that I thought Groupees (game bundles) would already be dead. Might be zombie-esqe though.
