Not really weird. They're intentionally trying to get you to buy t4 because they figure you'll play vol. 1 first. It's just greed. Both games will be in a fanatical build a bundle in a few months so I'll just grab them there

Though I guess it doesn't really matter since I think they're all self contained stories...

For that price you'd expect at least Apollo Justice or Investigations (or both).
I'm only interested in Ghost Trick, but there are cheaper ways to get that than 25 bucks.

I downloaded a rom for it on a Nintendo DS emulator lol. That's how I played the first Phoenix Wright game as well. Most, if not all of these games can be emulated without missing out much. I certainly don't miss the 40$ price tag

They have since pulled the tweet, bundle from the frontpage, and the reference to it at this url but the yearly Resident Evil bundle should be coming out Friday at this url?
Saved a screen grab of the image that used to be on the frontpage. Same as last year's bundle but $25 and 7 is upgraded to Gold. With HB charging EU customers more... I can see this coming out to the same price as last year's but with 7 upgraded to gold for EU people.

The price actually is good. T4 price altogether is roughly the same price as mnbn bundle at discount, plus you get other games. However, i already have both ace attorney in this bundle (i regret buying it earlier) and dont need the other games except ghost trick... so i hope they will rebundle these 3 games together in a cheaper price or with other games im more interested in that i dont have...

at least for the tier one phoenix wright game you can activate the European version in Japanese steam. The others I have not tested yet since I dont have much of an interest in them

Didn't know that; interesting. The site won't even show me the bundle ("not available in your region"), which sometimes seems to happen if only some, not all, of the games are region-locked. I hate being locked out of so many Japanese games.

yea the bundle just isnt avilable in japan, you can just create a european humble account using a vpn if you have to (i recommend netherlands or something since it seems to rarely be missing any games, germany for instance is constantly missing something because its regionlocked there) I only recently changed my store region to japan so I rather created a new humble account for that instead of changing the region of my main, just in case I wanted to buy some european bundle

There are not enough attorneys in the (half-) Ace Attorney bundle, but for some reason there is Ghist Trick. The game is, of course, very good, but they could at least try...

you should be able to refund and buy with a different regional account without problem, did the same thing with the sniper elite pack, even tho I had already redeemed the keys that worked. supposedly they remove the keys from your account at some point in the future, but that hasnt happened yet
