Did you participate in the Midsummer Madness event?
Taking your spot is actually the first step to world domination.
D'oh! I wasn't supposed to say that. Let's just ignore that.

Good investigative work...it's hard to argue with these facts!

It's not as I 'dislike' it. It's just I don't really take part in such stuff usually. I prefer working on my own :P
The event turned out great and kudos to you as the organizer, so don't take it personally. I'm just the one that tends to avoid amassing crowds :)

Are you American? Asking because futile doesn't rhyme with purple in British English. We pronounce it few-tile (would rhyme with two mile or shoe pile) but I've heard Americans say it almost like the word "feudal".

I am and I pronounce it the same way, with some of the regional dialects of America especially the southern areas though I can see that being true.

Thanks for answering, was just curious. I used to be married to an American and picking up on the little differences in language was actually kind of fun. Every so often one of us would say something that sounded strange or funny to the other and we'd tease each other about it etc.

Nah. We were young and dumb, rushed into things and it didn't work out.

Thesis
As you might or might not know the Midsummer Madness event has ended recently.
Now many of you have actively participated in this event and thousands of giveaways have been created for it.
I was supporting the idea of such an event and created some giveaways myself, which I definitely regret now.
This event was created by the vicious being "xScreaMx" for very concerning reasons:
Evidence
xScreaMx plans to take over the S.Gifts Steam group!
He / She / It (!!??) doesn't even try to hide this fact!
As you can see here <- I replied to this comment [SOLUTION] it (I am pretty sure xScreaMx is a robot) explicitly stated the wish to take over the Steam group!
I also see this as a veiled threat that it wants to "get rid of" cg.
By supporting the event you support the imminent death of our Lord and Saviour!
xScreaMx wants to infiltrate our whitelists!
I recently noticed that my whitelist had more members than I remembered!
When I checked the users that are on it I saw this: http://i.imgur.com/GyQbwIp.png <- The last two letters are next to xScreaMx [SOLUTION]
On the last page something had changed!
This creeped me out and I suggest that you check if xScreaMx is already on your whitelist!
xScreaMx tries to represent the interests of a group called "Timinallui" through this event
[REDACTED] <- There is a hidden link here that tells you which game is given away [SOLUTION]
I... I think it's too late... ACT FAST OR WE WILL ALΔΔΔΔΔΔΔΔΔΔ
