Not necessarily too much of a complaint, but you guys always feel shorthanded in support users with it usually taking a week minimum for someone to get back to you more often than not, sometimes even longer. You might want to consider adding more support users because I'm not sure you can currently keep up with the growing community at the moment. Feel free to take this as a raise hand too, though I'm sure there are more prominent users in discussions that'd make the cut. Food for thought.

So, are you planning to recruit more staff members, cg?
There's a dearth of them right now, you could even promote some regular support members to mods.

One thing that was never explained is the criteria that was used for choosing these specific people. Did they volunteer? Were they chosen secretly and then recruited?
