Metro: 2033 and other unlisted games suggestion.

I understand and agree with the reasoning as to why this game is not listed (being freely given away many times before).

I would like to make a suggestion for games like this.
Add the ability to give them away, but for 0 CV if one would like. Perhaps an additional step required to list 0 CV games so people are fully away they will not get any Contributor Value.

I'd certainly rather have the ability to confirm as part of the giveaway that the gift has been received and redeemed on the winning account rather than just held by someone else or traded elsewhere at a later date.

Just my $0.02, take it for what it's worth.

EDIT: Or perhaps a completely different category of giveaways that never have CV where any Steam item can be listed.
