Not counting those old achievement spam games!

Today i finished Tale of the Tiny Planet, Dark Side of The Moon and Cursed (not fully done them, i resumed them), plus 2 Making History games which were easy by just having to lose a battle, so that's 5.

10 or more

I did 15 on January the 1st. They were very tiny though as 13 of them were 100 hidden games
There have been multiple times of around 10 but they have also been super tiny to. The most I've probably got otherwise is 2/3 if I did a hog that same day

Artifex Mundi ones, are short? Looking at them myself, dunno if they are nice and short.

The are about 4 hours long I think. Some older ones required two playthroughs for 100%, as there was a minigame that you could play instead of the HO Scenes, and there were achievements linked for both methods. (I recall Nightmares from the Deep series doing this)

They are generally nice, silly, and incredibly repetitive after a while, there's a very limited set of minigames they operate on.

Thanks.

So 4 hours for 2 playthroughs or 2x4?
Kinda hate playing a game twice (or worse even more), but eventually have to play them.

4 for first, 2-3 for second (can use hints freely if you got the achievement for that on the first go, plus you know the game)

yeah takes me about 3 hours. Artifex mundi are some of the longer hogs out there, especially as people pointed out the older ones requiring two playthroughs but its a decent size for me that I can get 1 hog and then like a small visual novel out of the way

I know one hog that is less then 20 minutes

You got an impressive completion rate, and welcome to my whitelist (your good ratio). ;)

Which hog is that?

Know more short ones like that (not hogs per se)?

Most short games I know are visual novels
https://store.steampowered.com/app/757910/Away/
This game was free but now charging wow. It's a 3 minute game that is just a voice over. You cant speed it up just press a button after each sentence. Its main good points was being free, short and each to 100%. The rest is meh

I usually 100% them in about 3h using guides (so I don't have to replay it for a collectible I missed somewhere)

I played (and 100%) more than 50 HoG from Atrifex Mundi, so after some time, once you understand how it works, you can finish them faster and faster because the puzzles/minigames are often the same.
I finished some of them in less than 2h.
But some requires 2 playthroughs or to play the bonus chapter, so it will take more time, maybe about 4 or 5h.

If you want to count achievement spam games, I did 17 "Achievement Hunter" series games in one day once. For actual games with real gameplay, my record is three, on several different occasions.

...Usually when I finish a game I don't immediately start another one... (Starting stuff is really hard. :/ )
And most of the games I play take more than a day to 100%.

So, yeah... 1.

Starting is the easy part, finishing something is the hardest if you aren't so strict at yourself and just jump from 1 game to the other. :p

from legit games - Game Dev Tycoon (https://store.steampowered.com/app/239820/Game_Dev_Tycoon/), but that's just because i had played the game before it was released on steam.
from "other" - The Plan (https://store.steampowered.com/app/250600/The_Plan/)

Looking at achievement tracker, my record was 9 games 100%'ed in a day, 21st April 2018. Mostly from this list of short free-to-play games.

Since then, a year after I joined SG, where I've been constantly informed about ongoing bundles, my game count increased a lot, and so did my backlog, where I am usually at now when gaming.

That list can be helpful list too.

Another option, in case someone doesn't know, is to go particularly on AStats to "Games - Time to 100%" and click "Show owned games only" (having an account on AStats). And just like that a handy list, with a visual differentiation between which games completed, partially, and which not at all.

Two in a day is the most I've ever managed, but I've done it several times (including yesterday).

Usually it's a case of finishing one longer game and then immediately following it up with a short one, like an Artifex Mundi HOG. Otherwise, it's a case where I go finish up the odds-and-ends achievements on two mostly complete games.

What Lokiator said is usually what happens for me as well.

Even for shorter games 3-5 hours long, that means having to game anywhere from 6-10 hours in a single day.
For people who have jobs, that can be quite a feat.

I've finished 2 or 3 games in the same day a few times(although it's usually games that I started earlier and just happened to finish at the same time), but I've never completed more than 1 in a day, at least I don't think so.
Looking at my profile I've only completed 27 games despite having almost 3000 achievements and having 151 titles marked as "finished" in my library, so I guess I don't even go for completion all that often.
