Does anyone know how to "extract" memo text from android phone to pc by using USB folder?

I'd like to copy and paste the text I've written in my phone (memos), but the text is too long so I'd like to know if there is any way how to copy paste is without rewriting the whole text into my pc.

cant think of any specific programs etc but couldnt you just copy it into something like a facebook post(with the Only Me privacy setting) or FB message to yourself
edit: find a android text editor?

Since you already have a Android Phone, you must have your Google account in it. Download this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.keep&hl=fr, you can then copy/paste between the Memo and Keep apps, and then check your Keep notes on your PC. I use this everyday, and it works perfectly!
