It just came out. I suspect some issue or other with getting local formalities right. Like age ratings, or exact price point considering local taxes.
At the time of making the GA, it wasn't available in those regions on steam. You can check steamdb :)
edit: just re-checked today, it's available globally now - just looks like launch day issues (can't modify the GA anymore though)

This is strange, since in fact here (Azerbaijan) the game was available immediately at the time of release. I don't know how things were in other countries from the list.

I'm not really upset either, just making a joke. I thought it was a strange set of countries too. To be honest, I couldn't figure out the puzzle and I've barely scratched the surface of the first Hollow Knight anyway.

I don't get it. It looks right, it sounds right, it even matches at least the part that I can get from a sheet2notes AI for free and the rest is just a repetition anyways, but it doesn't work. What am I missing?

No tricks, play the notes as given. If you considered the key signature, and got the repetition right, I don't see any other gotchas
