i cant create more than 3 giveaway same time ?

i suggest just doing as many as you can and then when your giveaways end do more.. if you don't need a train(giveaway) or like private giveaways with a lot of them... by the looks of it you don't

You currently have 12 running which means you cannot create another until one is marked as received by the winner. Once those 12 end and are marked as received, you will have gained another 4 slots and be able to have up to 16 giveaways running at the same time. You can gain slots pretty quickly if you have a lot of games to give.
