Hiring Logo/Clipart Creators

I'm hiring a total of 3 artists who can create for me on a requested basis, I will be needing a profile image creator or designer that can create a new avatar for me every month, and I'm also hiring someone who can make me group thumbnails and logos, I'm not going to bother typing or going into detail as I can explain over Steam chat.
