Keys are mixed together. For example segments he gave:
A - B - C (First "key")
D - E - F (Second "key")
G - H - I (Third "key")
So 1-2-3 means you take segments AEI to get the real key
2-3-1 means the key is BFG
3-1-2 is CDH

you can't change key to gift, also if you try to do a GA by the time its finished the key would be taken by someone else.

I would understand, and now I'm talking more general, but you make a perfect example of the case, if it was a contest and someone won based on skill and winning over all the others. But this "thing" here is 99% chance to see it on time or F5-indefinitely, and 1% skill to solve any riddles.
Maybe I see things differently but if I won one I'd take a break and let someone else follow..
Furthermore there was a case recently of a person grabbing keys in his own giveaway and then decided to give them back (I don't know if that was the intention and I don't much care) but the thing is that at THAT moment in time, someone else might've won. If you grab something and supposedly re-distribute it, it's a whole different process because of course different people will be involved next time.
