At the moment it gives full CV, but it's likely that it will be switched to partial CV soon because of the low price of the bundle. I guess the mods didn't have time to process the list of games from this bundle yet. When this happens your CV will be retroactively recalculated and only the giveaways created prior to the bundle release date will still give full CV. Also because of that, the chart already lists it as partial CV.
You can see here that the newly bundled games take a few days to switch to partial CV: https://www.sgtools.info/lastbundled but the "Bundled effective since" is set to the bundled date.

I have no idea how this bit works, but I'd say that you should keep your entries even if your level decreases.
