Should I buy a PSP 3000?

So pretty much, I want a PSP, it has a great array of titles and it seems...fun, with all the physical buttons and stuff. I could use PPSSPP...but it's just not the same.

I plan on putting a custom CFW on it, and then just getting ISO's from the internet. I am not going to use it to emulate games though.

My friend said he will give me his for $30 with a 32 GB card. Should I do it, or not?

EDIT: He said hasen't checked what size the card is yet, he thinks it is 32 GB. I hope it is...

EDIT 2: The issue is that it dosen't have to many genres appealing to me. I like Dexter, God of War, GTA, Need for Speed, but I don't like most RPG games, then again I have never actually played any RPG PSP game, are they fun?

EDIT 3: Well, shit. My friend ended up not even finding it..oh well. Similar prices go around on Ebay (with a good memory stick) for $60+. If it costs that much then I might as well just get a new phone.

Honestly, a good amount of the games can be purchased on the PSN so I wouldn't say you really even need a PSP. If you have a Vita or PS3, you should be able to get almost all of the games you want without having to pay extravagant prices for it - since a good deal of the games are pretty hard to track down. (And they tend to go on sale every so often.)

With that said, if you have your heart set on a PSP, go for it! I loved my PSP. I wish I had gotten it sooner, as I ended up getting it too close to the end of it's life cycle. But it was great - I had many a good time with it.

Don't do it. It's a very old device and besides that Sony quitted support it and bring a new games to it , You should buy PSP 2000 with CFW , which will be the same as PSP 3000 only cheaper.
