Wrong key - What should I do

So I just won a giveaway for Time Mysteries 3: The Final Enigma and I got a Time Mysteries 2: The Ancient Spectres instead. I'd like to know if any other winners happened to have the same problem since this was a 100 key giveaway.

Also I will not mark this as received since I didn't get the game that is explicit in the giveaway itself.

Contact the creator of the giveaway and give him/her the chance to rectify this.

If that doesn't work send in a ticket to support.

contact the creator, if he doesn't provide a key just mark it as not received after 7 days.
no need for tickets, support can't do anything.

do not mark it as received if you did not receive the game that was mentioned in the giveaway! you can be suspended if someone notice that you don't have the game that you won and might accuse you of regifting!
