Indeed, but I was more disappointed when Sanctum, an average game that has been majorly discounted thousands of times, won instead of Krater, a great new game that has not. Oh well, at least it will surely be featured in a flash sale or something like that.

I admit I voted for Mirror's Edge, but that was only because BGE is so awesome that I bought it ages ago on GOG. You've had your chance. ;-)

To sum this thread up: "The game I wanted didn't win the deal so people are failures for not thinking the same way I do."
Sorry, I fail to see a problem with this at all, in a majority rules voting system, obviously, the majority rules. You were not the majority, deal with it.

Thats the reason why Sim City 4 is better than Anno 2070: http://www.simforum.de/showthread.php?t=182172

You whiny pathetic creatures who start "The X game didn't win on vote, you peple suck" on every fucking web forum should ban yourselves from the internet and do the world a favor. I hate every single person who starts such threads and wish that rats would eat up wires in your computer.

It's a shame Anno 2070 has a THREE MACHINE ACTIVATION LIMIT on its DRM. And, until they fixed it, changing even something as simple as your video card would trigger a new activation.
I looked at Anno when it came out and was like, oh, this looks cool, nice screenshots, nice features list, nice three-activation limit DRM, nice--wait, what? Nope nope nope nope nope. <back button>

They backpedaled a bit and changing your graphics card does not count as a hardware change and doesn't use up an activation. Upgrading your mobo or cpu will still eat one up though I don't see myself worrying about calling support because I've upgraded my cpu 3 times. I was also told that the activation limit resets each month but I couldn't find any kind of citation to back it up.
Yeah the DRM sucks, UPlay is ridiculous but it's a pretty good game if you can get past the Ubisuck stuff thrown on top of it.

I did acknowledge that they fixed it, and if you're going to have machine-specific activation counters at all, only counting it when the mobo/cpu change is a fair choice, because at that point, it actually is a new machine, bro. I'm just saying, it's brain-damaged from the start, only they managed to make it drool on itself less often.

This is why it didn't get my vote. If I wanted to be limited on my plays I would go to an arcade.

Cleverly hidden puzzle, OP. Thanks for SimCity 4!

"I have the only opinion that is correct! Everyone is a failure at opinions except for me!"
That's you. That's what you sound like.

Because I didn't care about the winner, but I want my badges for voting. So I vote random.
