Contact their support and they can help you fix it. Otherwise, cancel your payment/chargeback.

Did you do everything properly? I've had the odd gripe with GMG, but I've never had a problem with vouchers.

There's a box for you to put your code in, then when you hit continue (green button) it should apply the discount at that stage. Was it there then? That's before you confirm your payment details.

Bought a few cheap items in the halloween sale earlier, and the store did seem a bit glitchy. I got two different errors. Wondering if it might actually be related. First time I got a message when checking out through Paypal saying the item cannot be sold to the person at the address listed (my home address). Second one said asked me to check my card details. Also had a problem logging into Playfire, their sister site.

Contact support, I have never had any problem with vouchers.

Yeah, you should contact support. You should have the transaction ID mailed to you or something. Give them that and your discount voucher.

I have the 80% code, too. Also i have a 30% code for Sid Meiers Civilization Beyon Earth.

Well, luckily support over at GreenmanGaming was able to help me out. I didn't get the difference credited back to my credit card, but they did credit my GMG account with the difference. Thanks to Marcin for that.
