I don't have any specific suggestion as it is your giveaway and you should run it as you desire. Merely pointing out that current requirements make it so that there are not that many people who meet them.

I think comment limit alone removes most of the users even on whole SG's member base. There are not that many members with 1000 entries and zero wins either. I am pretty sure that there are people who fit into your requirements but will they see your thread is another topic (might not even use forums, different time zones etc.)?

I posted a link to this thread in Cherry Popper's group page. I am not sure if there are any who meets all requirements but at least they are more likely closer to your target audience.
