I don't log off my laptop, hell it runs all the time. Even if that was the case, cause I do travel a lot, and every time I'm in a new part of the country it pops up, I've been in the same area for about 7 weeks now.

Here is some advice if you can use Payal next time have money on that and use that to make your purchases and top off your wallet.I have never had any issues using Paypal.
I know not all can use it just if you can that might be the better way to go.Always make sure you have your wallet ready before the sale to try and avoid any issues, and use paypal as a backup if you can

So I've been actively participating in the steam summer sale, I've decided that I wanted to get the telltale games that I wanted to play. You know actually pick up TWD2, GOT, The wolf, Borderlands etc so I've been using my card to purchase them. LIke I had money in my steam wallet but I was going to use that to probably by gifts for people. So when I was in a rush to buy GOT at 50% off I accidentally used my steam wallet no big deal. I just used my card to replenish what I had taken. Prior to this I had bought borderlands, I had bought a few other games all of which my bank even though it's a bit on the slow side to like update on my account has allowed through because you know I actually have money. Steam then decided that they were going to block me from using the community market. For whatever reason. Like the money's left my account you have your bloody money and you're now deciding that I can't use my wallet to buy things from the community market. Until after the sale is done. Like yeah I know I can just authorize the payments but my bank is taking forever to update my transactions. Which blows. I just find it weird that they have no problem taking my money, and they even sent an email like it's been authorized but you still can't use the community market. But you can buy games with them. The irritating things is I had money in there that had already been authorized, like I added a card and I can't even access that. I have games, there has never been a problem with my account that I'm aware of let alone any of my payments and I feel like I'm being punished because of their new rules.
