I just added that image to my wallpapers cycle (around 30 images), didn't knew it before this post.

I've been saying all this time that Valve need to revamp the Steam Profile to mesh well with backgrounds that have art in the center. You can find guides on how to make use the art background using the screenshot and artwork showcases. That do require more steps which most people aren't aware of or isn't worth doing. You also needed to be at least minimum Steam level 20-30 to do so. Many users are not even close to that or care to spend money/trade to craft sets too.
Same with emotes. Most are crap in chat because of the minuscule size. Needs to be bigger.

Anyway, on a serious note there are a lot of backgrounds which unfortunately aren't well designed for being a steam background. And unlike some people here I don't think it's Valve's fault, but the fault of the background creators. They either didn't look into how steam backgrounds are used or just didn't care to design them properly for steam.
