Squad,an online Multiplayer Shooter from the creators of Project Reality

i don't how much you guys are familiar with Battlefield 2 and it's community,but there was a Modification for BF2 named "Project Reality" and.the focus of that mod was to make BF2 more "realistic" and to add more gameplay elements to the game.
BF2 had an awesome community and Development of the mod went extremely well,right now Project Reality is completely different from BF2,it's almost like a standalone shooter and not a mod.......

anyways,the original creators of PR started working on a new "commercial" game about a year ago and this time the goal is to go beyond Project Reality,if you don't know anything about PR, it's something between Battlefield and Arma series,not as Arcade-ish as Battlefield and not as realistic and hardcore as Arma.

PR supports 50vs50 battles in large scaled maps (with different infantry classes,vehicles,etc ) and it's heavily focused on team work and communication,the PR community is still alive :D and it still has active servers and players (up to 400-500 players everyday) even after the GameSpy shutdown...... (with Battlefield 2's old engine you shouldn't be expecting much )
now we're gonna see all that (+ more)in a new game with a new Engine (Unreal Engine 4 ) and that game is Squad,and Squad is being developed by the original creators of Project Reality.

the game is still in pre-alpha and Devs are still working on the terrain,gameplay mechanics,models,etc. but we can expect an open alpha in 3-4 months,so don't judge the game based on it's current state,this game is gonna be a lot bigger....

the guys behind Squad are all indie developers,they started from making simple mods and now they're here developing their own standalone game.the first and most important thing they need is recognition and support from the gaming community,so spread the word,it would help a lot.
