Actually, if you're serious about DCS, you're better off buying it outside Steam. You can get the Black Shark 2 instead of Black Shark 1, and if you want, you can download it not as a separate game, but as one of the modules for the free framework DCS World (other modules featuring for example A-10C Warthog or P-51D Mustang). Pity the getloadedgo promo, in which you could get the pack of Black Shark 2 + Warthog for €18, has already ended.
