In case this is not already policy, people should get suspended for giving away games that are free. Especially in cases of those limited giveaways. Those people take a key just for their own profit of CV on this site and someone who actually wants the game might end up not getting a key at all.

I just want to be clear on the rules. Will giveaways be allowed say a week from now once the giveaway on Humble is over? Or is the game permanently a no go?
I have a couple spare keys I plan just pass on to friends, but in case they actually remember to check their email after work and I get stuck with a leftover, I don't want to break the rules.

Your false giving act is a thin mask indeed, as the only reason to take these to give them away is to attempt to seem generous and garner goodwill. Meaning you're not actually generous, you're selfish as hell wanting to LOOK generous to make people like you or remember your name, probably so you can get something out of that too. At the very least you're still abusing a system to get more than your fair share to turn around and delude yourself into feeling "generous" and feeling good about it, when the reality is you're not the generous one, Humble and the game devs that give it away for free are, you're just an asshole abusing a system for personal gain.

Look at his profile though, he did try to create NUMEROUS giveaways. Yes, they were deleted (by him or support, doesn't matter), but he still tried to exploit to some extent by doing the giveaways.
