Help my class get a 3D Printer [OVER, THANKS FOR THE HELP]

Thanks all of you who helped. We didn't reach our goal, but at least we have $1000 to at least put towards a printer, or save for when we can afford it. If any of you (besides deumas, you're a beast) helped out 5 days or more, please let me know, and I'll be gifting something cool.

Please only take part in this if you know me from the site. Most of the people who've signed up are people I'd consider friends from SG or groups I'm in. I totally understand why some people think this is unfair, even though this is permitted, so please know me if you take part. And just because you might find it interesting, I'm not a student, I'm the teacher. There's very little money available in education, so an opportunity like this is great.

Hi all. I'm trying to win a contest that will give my school enough money to buy a 3D Printer for the Computer Graphics and Animation classes. Right now we're in 3rd place, but we need to be in at least 2nd to afford it. Since the site is open to anyone, I thought I'd ask the community here to help out. It would be a commitment of about 10 minutes a day for the next week and a bit.
