Hard puzzle for Titan Quest (also challenge for 'good' puzzle solvers)

Pretty hard puzzle imo.
Reward is Titan Quest.
If you want Titan Quest, then you might want to solve this puzzle because I doubt many of you will succeed in it.
Also, if you think you are good at puzzles, be my guest and solve it just to troll me.
If you are able to solve this puzzle but would rather want Red Faction: Armageddon Path to War DLC or Fortix, just say it in the Titan Quest giveaway page at comments and I will make private giveaway for you.

Pretty much any time I see a "puzzle" with Guess The Number, it's almost an instant pass for me.

You have 10% chances of getting that number right.
Solvers have gotten that number correct at first and second try, it shouldn't be even hard.
