really simple idea that doesn't need a lot of explaining: what about a small "info" section on each profile where users can state GA rules for private giveaways or link whitelisting threads, tell something about themselves or whatever!
Yay or nay?

I think this would be a good idea, as it would allow users to let people know if somebody is impersonating them, and such.

Why? Because:

It would slow down the website's speed drastically. The estimated win (and other features) were removed due to the website's performance being too slow. Just think how bad the website would run if everyone had their personal info board.
The info board would be abused a lot. Users would use it to beg, trade, or spam referrals. It would have to be checked regularly to make sure nobody breaks the rules when using it... And to be honest, I don't think we need more work for the support. :P
It isn't a necessary feature. Most users can simply type the info on their Steam account's details section instead, and I personally wouldn't want this feature to be implemented, since it would just clutter up profiles.
