Hi everyone!

I entered for this giveaway: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/RXeZh/platypus

I won but the user send me a key for Platypus II (I already had it) and not for Platypus.

I do not want a suspension because I already had a game that I'm not entered. (Please remember, all games you receive need to be activated on your corresponding Steam account to remain in good standing. Users failing to do so will receive a suspension.)

I already create a ticket but no one moderators response.

If you didnt receive the game as promised don't mark received. Contact the creator and if they don't provide the game 7 days after the giveaway ends then mark as not received.

Considering the description of the giveaway is: "Platypus II - GLOBAL KEY", I really wonder why you only found this out after the giveaway ended.
At any rate, mark it as not received.
And stop using that one-click entry script.

the rest is on them, if they don't delete, that's just fine. after the "not received" button is disabled from being short of 7days, mark it not received and move on. they may at that point care enough to correct it or not, but you wouldn't be breaking any rules in doing so.

I had the same problem with the same game, incredible!
I have opened a ticket to support, took screenshots to prove what happened and they removed my suspension.

Why? You did not mark it as received. The problem on the winners' end in these cases come from when they mark the game as received even though the key was wrong.
In your case, you did what you were supposed to do. Contacted the giver, even agreed to deletion. You can leave your win unmarked or just as not received. You don't have anything to worry about. =)
