Are the store-deals-as-bundles also Rising on Humble?
Already own both base games, and the DLCs are mostly cosmetics (except Green Army Men, which you don't need to play the DLC maps. It will only unlock the specialised classes to use in those maps (anything that isn't a "Grunt"). So easy skip for me.

Almost every single RA2 Vietnam DLC is just inessential cosmetics. It's how they monetize support for the game while making actual gameplay content updates free and not locked behind dlc. That being said I'm curious who even buys wacky cosmetics for a first person military-simulator.
