How much time is required to get answer to a request of reroll ?

Unluckily 2 of my latest GA`s have winners who disobeyed the major rules - not activated wins, regifting the wins-. I even wrote that i would request a reroll and report the winner in that case. So i have requested re-rolls, explained the situation. 7 hours passed already. Not in kind of a urgency but it sure is good to know approx. .. Any ideas ?

They have priority, I believe, it should be granted more or less quickly (maybe a few hours more).

Most re-rolls should be handled within 24 hours. Did you provide links to the non activations? If not edit your re-roll request and insert links to the GAs breaking the rules.

I believe the main staff member who usually does rerolls is currently on vacation, my latest reroll took 3 days, but before that it would be within a few hours.

Depending of the volume of requests and our respective availabilities at a given time, it can take anywhere between a few minutes and a few days
