There's a box near the bottom that allows you to buy silver keys for $400. You can get more money from clicking completed black (brown) boxes and collecting it.

FYI, you can click on boxes you already filled (missions completed) to get more money.

It's much slower than gambling, but it's an essential way to fill the blue combo bar to unlock the BF x2 attack tool.
