Tell who is mod of steamtrades ?

I have a qestion guys can you tell me who is mod/admin of steamtrades ? I got second fake - rep in 3 months and nobody even care i allready post on "Spam and Suspensions" first - rep was add 3 months ago and still no answer in this case today i got second one Its not big deal but for tarder its always hard to trade if you got - rep other ppl think "scammer" or other things... I dont even know if st got one mod sicne 3 months simple case and no results...I think somebody must do something with that get more mods because its sick that ppl who never scam in trades got - rep by some idio** who cant even read FAQ.If you dont have mods to clear cases of scam/fake rep disable rep function and do wild wild west on site since i see nobody care about fake rep and other stuff on "Spam and Suspensions".
