If the game is not region locked, you can activate it without any risks afaik

Yep Steam would say it. Aside from that, you probably need to google or look into the Steam database to find out if there exists a region locked version of that game

First of all, I want to say I didn't create this thread to talk about VPN proxys and stuff like that.
If you have seen Bundle Stars, it has some games like The First Templar. Well I decided to see if I cold trade for it (didn't trade for it yet) but when I went to the store page it looks like it's not available in my region and my question is: will I be able to activate this game? Or what is more important, can Steam ban me for activating a game not available in my region?
And no, I'm not talking about region locked keys because as you know, these bundles use to have keys that can be activated on EU and USA.
I think the deal with this game is that a publisher (FX Interactive) took the exclusivity of the game and that's why I can't buy it on Steam.
