Ever heard of patience?

GTA4 ran so poorly on my PC, I stopped playing it after an hour or so. I don't have high hopes for GTA5.

Honestly I only game on the PC because games can be obtained cheap (Steam sales and Humble Bundles), free (Steamgifts) and with non-money currency (Team Fortress 2 keys obtained via trading with no money investment). If I had the same options and more than a 4gb harddrive on my XBox 360, I'd much prefer to play on that. I like the controller, I like control schemes built for controllers (generally involves repeated but contextual use of the same button for multiple actions, for example I think it was Borderlands 2, where on the console X is reload AND activate but the PC version doesn't allow those two actions to be assigned to different keys), I give 0 shits about whether I can see characters' pores or not and I think modding is retarded.

Bought a PS3 and new 40" flatscreen tv to replace my old rear projection tv solely to play GTA V. Totally worth it! I will always be a PC gamer though.

i don't really care because Sleeping dogs and Saints row 3 turned out better than GTA4 so i'm expecting the same thing from GTA5 even though GTA4 wasn't a bad game at all and i'm sure GTA5 is also pretty cool, i just prefer something different :).

No, I don't share your pain, also have some patience. It's gonna happen, sooner or later.

I don't share your pain because I don't give a crap about GTA. Anyway, I heard PC ports (especially GTA4) were very poor, I recommend just playing it on console.

Games developed for dumbkid-proof consoles, and then ported to PC will always turn out garbage. It's a good, fun game, but really simple, and just a typical console game. It really won't be such a good game on PC as most people already pictured it.

Get the hell in line, we're still waiting for RDR on PC. boots up the 360 again and plays it there instead

used to love the franchise, but after the stale gray-brown boring gta 4 i stopped caring about gta. franchise peaked with the excellent and fun vice city... san andreas was pretty good too, but yeah... gta 4... so plain... so dry...

no conformation it was ever thought of on pc, hate to burst ya bubble but we may never get it. It looks like arse on consoles, gta 4 with modded graphics looks 10x better than gta 5.

The series on the PC died with the GTA4. On the other hand, Saint's Row isn't taking the serious path and is playable with everyone.
