You can edit your Steam profile description into something like "In case I win one of your giveaways on Steamgifts, please wait, I will only be able to receive it in a couple of days". You don't even have to mention the vacation.
Most people will be understanding and wait for you. There are some rare cases where the giveaway creators will ask for a reroll if the game is not received quickly, but they will generally mention that in the giveaway description, in which case there's not much you can do, though I'm not even sure that the reroll will be granted if they won't allow a bit of time for the winner to receive the gift. :)

Example. I'm about to go on a 6 day vacation in 2 days, like some of you i have entered in quite a number of giveaways (wishlist, recommend, interest etc)
theres no way i can individually tell each giveaway i've entered 'hey if by the small chance i do win, i'm going on vacation starting on *** Day for 6 days'
I dunno how such a feature could NOT be spammy at the same time though :(
maybe, like when creating a giveaway, there'd be a list of reasons why you're attempting to send out a message to all entered giveaways.
and\or capatcha, choose these images related to.. etc etc
Thoughts? Dots?
