Does Humble Bundle games activated on Steam count towards the total value of the Steam account?

Hi,

I was wondering if the retail purchases of the games that exists on Steam account are taken into consideration when computing the total value of the account. My friend has all the games from the last Humble Origin Bundle worth around $240 according to Origin (marked as Retail in his Steam account) and some other games bought on Steam, but it seems that his Steam account value is under $100 and thus he cannot use steamgifts.

Update - admin answer: The minimum site requirement does not take into consideration games marked as bundled or exploited.

Bundle games are worthless for steamgifts.com as far as I know.

They stopped counting them, or at least with less value, since it was really easy to pay just one dollar for a bundle and create multiple accounts on steamgifts.
