Styx being the main reason I bought this bundle, as it coming down to $2 was the main buying point. Seemed to miss every decent sale of Styx of recent past. Had the Overlord bundle from the Star Deal recently. Which leads me to my inquiry.
Running into a problem trying to make a giveaway for the ultimate bundle. The game search bar does not find nor recognize the bundle. Any idea how to create this bundle as a GA? I had no problem with the other games obviously. Just this bundle for some reason.

As far as I know, SteamGifts automatically indexes the packages that are sold on the Steam store and the edition of Overlord (Ultimate Collection) from this bundle isn't sold as a package on the store. Sometimes the support team accepts to manually add special subs (like this one) if you open a ticket, but I am not sure how long it takes for them to process it.
If you don't want to wait / go through the ticket process, I guess the best way to give it away is as Overlord || / Overlord: Raising Hell / Overlord: Fellowship of Evil (but you will get lower CV this way).

The issue I am running into, unless I misunderstood what you were saying, is that Steam does in fact sell this bundle. So, I would assume it should appear when attempting to create the GA. See the link below:

When you purchase something on Steam, you purchase a subscription to own that item (a "sub").
Bundles sold on the store (like the one you linked) are not "subs", they're customized for your own account ("complete-the-set") and they're priced according to the items you already own from the bundle.
In order to create a giveaway, you need a key and those can be generated by publishers only for "subs" (packages); you will never be able to activate a store bundle via a key, but you can activate a key that gives you a subscription to a package that contains all the items featured in that store bundle. However, the publisher may decide to not sell that "sub" on the store (purchasing it would mean getting all the items at a specific price, no matter if you own some or not) and instead make a complete-the-set bundle so that people can pay only for the missing items.
Because bundles are not packages, they are not indexed on SteamGifts. Stuff that is not sold on the store as a "sub" also doesn't get indexed by SteamGifts automatically.

But to keep it short: yes, unless there is a ticket opened by you / someone else requesting the addition of this package required for the giveaway, it will not exist on SG.

Same question. I know bundle key is a single key but i want to learn will i recieve an extra copy of games which i allready had. For ex. I have some extra game copies which come from buying some bundles or collection from steam (i didnt try it before with a retail key).

No, it's extremely rare with keys from fanatical and humble (it happened with humble that a key they gifted activated the game and gave a steam gift in inventory but it was unintentional and they corrected it.) So the short answer is no.

I know that you already have your answer, but I wanted to mention (for future reference) that the charts aim to display the exact things you get from a bundle (1 line = 1 key). Usually when there are multiple products that are activated with one key, I either create a secondary chart below the main one (like it is done in this thread) or add a note about the fact that the base game comes with the DLC / OST etc. So if you'll ever be in doubt, just look for these two things.
