I entered for a bunch of things. My "luck" was, according to SG, actually at an all time low after SimGive, I "should" have won 4 or 5 more games. But my overall luck on SG is still in the greens, with 5 more won games than expected

The most I've won at a time is 5, so yes it's legal. You just have to wait for really cool events for it to happen.
